At EncodeXP, our mission is to empower and inspire underrepresented youth by providing them with the skills and opportunities to embark on a pathway towards a high-tech career.
We believe in nurturing creativity and fostering a sense of community and connection among our students. By offering free training in future proof technologies. We aim to break down barriers and open doors for marginalized groups, ensuring they have a place in the rapidly evolving tech industry.

We are passionate about being the first step for young students on their journey into technology. We love our local community and are always seeking out new connections to expand our academy.

ScienceWorks
EncodeXP is excited to partner with ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum to host our “Intro to AI & Metaverse” class. This collaboration leverages ScienceWorks’ dynamic environment to provide students with immersive, hands-on experience in cutting-edge VR technologies, fostering creativity, fun and connection with others.
BASE
EncodeXP is proud to partner with BASE (Black Alliance & Social Empowerment) in Southern Oregon. Together, we are committed to providing inclusive technology education and fostering diversity in the tech industry. Through our collaboration, we offer specialized programs and resources aimed at empowering underrepresented communities, ensuring equitable access to advanced tech training and career opportunities.
EncodeXP is an educational organization that provides training in emerging technologies such as coding, AI, and cybersecurity. Our goal is to make tech education accessible and inclusive.
Our courses are designed for students aged 14-24, but anyone interested in learning about technology can enroll.
Our courses are beginner-friendly and designed to help you build foundational skills in technology.
Currently, our courses are offered in English. We plan to expand to other languages in the future.
